What to Report (Apa yang Dapat Dilaporkan)
You may use this channel to report concerns about:
- Bribery, corruption, or facilitation payments.
- Fraud, theft, or other financial misconduct.
- Violations of environmental, health, and safety regulations (including those relevant to forest product sourcing, processing, and export activities of PT Naval Group).
- Breaches of competition / antitrust laws.
- Conflicts of interest.
- Discrimination, harassment, or workplace safety issues.
- Violations of export/import regulations or trade sanctions in countries where we operate (Indonesia, India, Philippines, Australia, China, Korea, UAE, Turkey, Spain, Germany, and others).
- Any other serious illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Reports should be made in good faith, even if later found to be incorrect; malicious or knowingly false reports are not protected under this policy.

Please include as much detail as possible (who, what, when, where, how) and attach any supporting documents or evidence, if available.
Protection for Whistleblowers (Perlindungan bagi Pelapor)
- Reports made in good faith are protected under our whistleblowing policy and relevant Indonesian laws on community participation in corruption eradication and witness protection.
- We prohibit any form of retaliation, including dismissal, demotion, harassment, intimidation, exclusion, or any other adverse action as a result of raising a concern or assisting in an investigation.
- We will handle all concerns promptly, fairly, and as confidentially as possible, consistent with the need to conduct an effective investigation and comply with the law.
- Where required by law, we comply with provisions relating to whistleblower protection, including Government Regulation No. 43 of 2018 on community participation and rewards in corruption eradication and the witness and victim protection framework

If your report is not fully anonymous and you have provided contact details, you will receive confirmation that your report has been received. - Impartial assessment and investigation
Your report will be reviewed by designated independent personnel or an external party, if necessary, to ensure impartiality and fairness. - Follow-up and feedback
Where possible and appropriate, you will be informed about the progress or general outcome of the review or investigation, without breaching the confidentiality or privacy rights of others.
The time needed for review and investigation may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issues raised.
